1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "i1scr2u", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://i1scr2u.win and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the i1scr2u website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any related software or services provided by i1scr2u.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

i1scr2u reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. 3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Minimum Age

The i1scr2u Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any part of the Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. i1scr2u may request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21, their Account will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be reversed, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on i1scr2u at any time. Duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated accounts held by the same individual will be treated as a single account for the purposes of bonus allocation, withdrawal limits, and compliance. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, i1scr2u reserves the right to close all but one Account, void any bets placed across such accounts, and reverse any bonuses claimed.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. i1scr2u may conduct verification checks at any time, including identity verification (KYC), source of funds verification, and address verification. Failure to complete verification checks within the timeframe specified by i1scr2u may result in Account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. i1scr2u does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Providing false information regarding your location to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any third party to access your Account. i1scr2u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify i1scr2u customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. i1scr2u reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any balance therein to any third party.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

i1scr2u accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be revised by i1scr2u without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to the applicable withdrawal limits and verification requirements. i1scr2u targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, however processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.

i1scr2u reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC checks, source of funds verification, or any ongoing investigation into account activity. Where a withdrawal is declined, the reason will be communicated to the Player by email or live chat.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If a payment is initiated in a different currency, the conversion rate applied will be that in effect at the time of the transaction, and i1scr2u accepts no liability for currency exchange fluctuations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

i1scr2u offers promotional bonuses from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonus Funds credited to an Account:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains subject to a pending Wagering Requirement will forfeit the previous bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be used to satisfy minimum withdrawal amounts.
• i1scr2u reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification will not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress of wagering.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the i1scr2u Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event, as published on the Platform. In placing a bet, you accept those rules in their entirety.

i1scr2u reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it is placed on an event after that event has commenced and the outcome is already known or determinable; (b) there has been a manifest error in the published odds or game parameters; (c) the bet is placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions or applicable game rules; or (d) there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be amended by i1scr2u at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i1scr2u Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to artificially interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to i1scr2u at any time.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, bonuses, or self-exclusion settings.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits made to your Account following the use of those funds for betting.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, i1scr2u reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void any bets, reverse any winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the i1scr2u Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of i1scr2u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of i1scr2u.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i1scr2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. i1scr2u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, i1scr2u's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred in the first instance to i1scr2u customer support for resolution. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through customer support, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent regulatory authority or arbitration body as specified by i1scr2u's operating licence terms.
